Phoenix VII is a beach-front condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. The sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, Perdido Pass, and the 20 miles of white sandy beaches are stunning.
This 9th floor, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has a private gulf-front balcony that can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. Fully loaded kitchen, washer/dryer and all the comforts of home. All brand new furnishings, new leather sectional, new backsplash and paint, all new mattress and linens.

BEDDING: King, King, Queen, set of twin bunks.

The on-site amenities include: indoor & outdoor pools, children's pool, hot tubs & sauna room, fitness facility, lighted tennis court, racquet ball court, gazebos and charcoal BBQ grills.

PARKING PASS(ES): Parking pass(es) are not included with the reservation. There is a 2 vehicle limit on property. Parking passes are purchase prior to your check-in.

Baseball trip/ vacation

We came for a baseball trip but it felt like a vacation. Condo has every supply you need and then some. It felt like home for a week. The beds are comfortable the towels are plush and the kitchen has every thing you need for homeCooked meals. My son and his family of 5 ( 3 kids, 1, 5 & 7) plus my wife and myself stayed 4 days. Plenty of room, bunk beds for the kids. Nice balcony to sit and watch the Gulf.

It was a typical on the beach vacation spot! It was centrally located and the beach was not overly crowded. The pool area was great for all ages. There were at times too much noise at night and had the feel of Spring Break with loud music and hearing the noise in the condos around us. Overall it was a nice place l!

One of the best at Orange Beach

We love this condo. Its our second year to stay here. The condo is very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our crew to hang out. There is a great view of the beach from the balcony. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are close by. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back next year!

Great condo in Orange Beach

We really loved this condo in Phoenix VII. It is spacious and beautifully decorated, has nice furniture, all new appliances and a very well-stocked kitchen. The owner is terrific to work with and was very helpful with any questions we had about the condo or the booking. This location is near many attractions and is on a very nice section of beach. My family really enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect stay

Excellent communication with the owner was aided by great instructions for check-in and our stay. The condo was in perfect condition. All bedding was fresh and very comfortable. There was nothing we needed that wasn't already in the condo. Even during the busiest times, the wait for the elevators was not bad. Our group ranges from 81 to 16 and the condo was exactly what we all needed! We would definitely stay again.

The perfect vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo looks exactly like the pictures, it was super clean, very conveniently located, and the owner Alex goes above and beyond for her guests. We will definitely be staying here again. The condo was perfect for our family of five and my cousin that came with us. The only thing that was a little crazy to me was it costs $55 per vehicle to park. I’m pretty sure this has nothing to do with the owner. We have 3 kids and have to budget for trips. $110 for two cars was a little steep but it definitely won’t keep us from coming back. Book with Alex! You won’t be sorry.

Easy check in, kitchen stocked with all the essential cookware! The only thing I suggest is to bring a fan or noise machine if that’s something you’re used to sleeping with! The balcony has one of the bigger tables than some of the others & there’s extra beach chair outside. There’s an actual wagon, shovel, & crab net in the master closet that came in handy. There’s plenty of dish washer detergent lol bring extra bath towels if staying more than 3 nights- unless you like doing laundry. Complimentary wine upon arrival & the freezer makes GOLFBALL sized ice for pathetically pleasing drinks :)

Beautiful Condo

Condo is beautiful. The owner, Mrs. Vera, quickly answered questions and was easy to reach. Well equipped kitchen and very nice appliances. There were beach chairs and a wagon available to use, but we had brought our own. Both King beds were very firm and the queen bed in bunk room was extra soft so there are options depending on your preference. Room darkening curtains in Master were great. Teens in bunk room did wish for a curtain over the shutters because they like to sleep in late. ;-) Patio furniture perfect to enjoy the amazing views. Parking was $56 a vehicle. Overall, this condo was a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable home away from home and we would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay here, and it was amazing both times. Comfortable, clean, great views, family friendly, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, great linens and towels, comfy beds. This is a great rental. The condo is very clean, and can accommodate many people although we only had 3. The communication with the owner was excellent. The linens and towels were top quality! Excellent beach front view. Would stay there again!
