Admiral’s Quarters 1404 - SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY
I am Mary, and pleased to invite you to be my guests at our condo, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf with its white sand beach. This two-bedroom condo boasts approximately 1,500 square feet of spacious living, featuring an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the well-stocked kitchen with the living and dining area, complete with a large screen wall-mounted Roku TV.
We want your stay to be as enjoyable and memorable as ours. We fell in love with the complex and the condo’s layout at first sight, particularly the expansive kitchen and island with granite countertops. Prepare a low country boil or appetizers with plenty of space, and enjoy the wet bar's large ice maker for frozen drinks or beach coolers. Choose between a Cuisinart coffee maker and a Keurig for your coffee. Additionally, we provide a beach wagon, umbrella, and beach chairs for your convenience.
For your comfort, a beach lounge chair and umbrella rental service is available on-site. You can spot their representative on the beach under the orange umbrella, where you can make reservations for a day, a week, or longer. Alternatively, you can visit their website for online bookings. I will include this information in the email I send a few weeks prior to your arrival.
The master bedroom, with a king bed, and the second bedroom, with twin beds, are spacious with ample closet space. Each has its bathroom, plus there's an additional half bath. The photos clearly show them, and the rest of the condo.
Admiral’s Quarters is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, The Wharf, Tanger Outlet, and other shops.
I can answer questions and recommend restaurants and activities for all ages, including deep sea fishing, mini-golf, kayaking, catching the ferry at Ft. Morgan to explore Dauphin Island, or buying fresh seafood from Joe Patti's in Pensacola or Blalock's in Orange Beach.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much! Condo is clean and spacious, has everything you need. Loved having the ice maker in the room. Also my husband and I slept so good! Mattress in the master was so comfortable to us that Mary sent us the link where she ordered it.Mary is a lovely person, responds to messages quickly, and wants to ensure her guests have a pleasant vacation. Great location. Condo tower is well laid-our with amenities and access to the beach. Nearby shopping, services, and attractions. Condo itself is spacious and well-appointed. Awesome view from the 14th floor. Great place for a family vacation.

A little piece of paradise

We had a great relaxing vacation. They had reserved parking space, bar ice maker, and a wagon to take our stuff to the beach. So easy! They communicated easily. We will definitely be back!

Spring Beach Break

This is our 2nd time to stay at this awesome property. Mary is an amazing host and does not miss a detail from booking, to checking in and check out. She is the most thorough, detailed host. I’m sure she is great if you have issues, but we’ve never had even the smallest issue while staying at her property. The location is perfect, the condo is lovely and the view is beautiful. Admirals Quarters is a great condo with many amenities and the parking is great. We will continue to stay at Mary’s when visiting Orange Beach.

Family Vacation!

Overall the condo was great. Having stayed in many different condos over the years i can definitely say this place was CLEAN, definitely the cleanest place we have stayed. Condo is well stocked and plenty of beach toys to keep yoo occupied. Communication with Mary was great she was super responsive!

We’ve been coming to OBA for a few years now. This year we also celebrated our best friends’ daughter’s wedding. The condo was perfect for us and our friends. It’s very roomy and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials. No complaints at all. Condo was very clean. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great condo wiht plenty of space

This condo was exactly what we expected from the listing. The owner communicated nicely with questions before we booked and throughout the process and our stay. We made her aware of a few maintenence issues and she quickly addressed those and apologized although none of it negatively impacted our stay. The condo is plenty large enough for our family of four and the large balcony was a favorite spot among us. The overall property was nice and the covered reserved parking spot was a nice bonus.

Loved are trip ! Ocean was pretty no Jelly Fish. Condo was one of the best I have ever stayed in Loved it . (Mary was wonderful) Easy to get around . Only reason I did not give a 5 review ! The pool was not that clean but still blue (no algae growing). but still wonderful for a dip !

Two years in a row and will do many more as long as we’re able! Condo is in great location. Unit is too. Perfectly located one unit down from elevator. Elevators fast even tho it’s down to 1 elevator currently due to replacement going in (completion Feb ‘24). Reserved parking close to the door. Although next to a column, it’s no problem negotiating even in a long truck. Recommend backing in. Various carts available for transporting luggage to the condo. Unit itself is spacious, clean, and well stocked. Great communication from host. Check out information conveniently emailed night before departure so you don’t have to dig through your email. Nice upgrades from last year. Ramps all the way to the boardwalk if you have a wagon. Walk to the water is just right. Can’t recommend this place enough, just not on my week!

Can’t beat the views or location. The property has nice pools and a decent gym. My only gripe is the lack of cleaning supplies and personal care items. I.e. soap, shampoo, hairdryer, toilet paper, one packet of laundry detergent, only two garbage bags, things like that. They require a 7 day to stay but they do not supply the basics for the week.

This place was awesome. Spacious and every thing we could have needed was there. Mary the host communicated with us very quickly if we had any questions. Only drawback of the condo was the king size bed in the master bedroom, the mattress was VERY hard. So we slept on sofa some. the location, and the pool and pool area was big and great as well.
