WE NOW HAVE 3 NEW PICKLEBALL PERMANANT COURTS

TAKE TIME.........Our condo is a beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. Our unit is on the 12th floor which gives spectacular views of the gulf and beach. There is updated ceramic tile throughout condo with new dining and living room furniture. The two bedrooms are equipped with new mattresses. Both bedrooms have been outfitted with new bedroom furniture, headboards, night stands, and dressers. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with new king mattress (2022) and the bedroom is oceanfront to hear the surf at all times. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable double beds. Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa. There is a flat cook top stove and new above stove microwave in the kitchen. There is updated kitchen cabinets with granite counter top. The master bedroom and living room have direct views of the ocean. There are 3 HD smart TV's in unit. Throughout the condo there is high ten foot ceilings which gives the condo a very bright and spacious feeling. Free Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Watch the porpoises from the balcony as you eat your breakfast or lunch. There is a covered reserved parking space for unit guest. The building has an indoor and outdoor pool with 3 hot tubs. There are two lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, a racquetball court, two pickle board courts, a shuffle board court, a sauna, an ocean view weight room, and too many miles of beach to walk.
Great news, in 2015 your kids are able now to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucket-heads busy throughout your vacation.

OUR UNIT INCLUDES A COVERED RESERVED PARKING SPACE. THE COST FOR PARKING PASS IS $55 AT THE FRONT DESK. OUR UNIT IS ALLOWED TWO PARKING PASSES IF SECOND PASS IS NEEDED (for additional $55)..

Great unit for a young family!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids enjoyed the splash pad and pools, and we loved relaxing on the balcony and beach! The unit was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and ready for our arrival. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the beach. There was no loud noise to bother us. Everything we needed was there. Loved the covered parking. We have no complaints about the condo.The elevators were a pain from time to time. That’s to be expected when you consider the number of people in the building overall.

We stayed here with our two babies and it was perfect. The condo was clean upon arrival. It’s on the end of a hallway so it was nice and quiet. We loved staying here. We plan to stay here again next summer.

So much fun

Beautiful and very close to beach. We could hear the ocean at night. The owner had wonderful Recommendations for meals out when we weren’t cooking fresh seafood on the grill below our balcony. Lovely kitchen.

Great location and perfect place to stay

The condo was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed and was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and the kids had their own bathroom off their bedroom which was a lifesaver. Probably some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in too! Check in was easy and having the covered parking garage space was the best thing ever! We will definitely return!

Great location

This is a great condo and location if you are visiting Orange Beach. The check-in is a bit chaotic and the elevators are always a wait. Be careful the morning of check out as we were locked out an hour early... thankfully we had left the teenagers sleeping.

Family Girls' Trip - Orange Beach

This is the second year the girls in our family have stayed in this condo for our annual family beach trip. We will be booking again next summer for sure. The condo is clean, well stocked and has great views. The location is perfect and with the beach only steps away, we always have a fun time. Daniel is a great communicator and always answers any questions in a very timely manner. Thanks for another wonderful vacation!

Great Getaway!

We had a great time! The property and all its amenities were exactly as promised. Our host, Daniel, was extremely helpful. He provided us with detailed check-in and check-out procedures, as well as information about the condo that was useful throughout our stay. He even offered suggestions for nearby places of interest and gave us names of some great restaurants to try. This was our very first rental experience and it was certainly a positive one for us. I would definitely recommend this property.
