  • Fabulous three bedroom, two bath condo features a wrap-around balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sands. Furnished with all the comforts of home and including free wireless internet, this 1,675 square foot, fifth floor condominium is a renter's favorite.

    Fully appointed kitchen includes granite counter tops, Keurig coffeemaker, ice maker, stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove. Laundry area has a full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Super easy check-in. The condo is well appointed and clean. We could see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The condo is also just across the street from the supermarket and many local restaurants. This location will be our first choice when we return to Orange Beach. Thanks to the host for offering their wonderful condo!
Never get tired of sunsets.

Nice condo

Condo was clean and great location close to all the stores. Parking was great always a spot and no garage. Checkin was easy and beach was great. Only suggestion was the furniture in condo needs updates a little older and getting run down in dining area and living room. The condo management needs to patrol the pool area more, lots of families leaving trash around pool deck causing ants that bite.

Loved the decor and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed for preparing meals. It was clean and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs and also the tennis/pickle ball court. Also enjoyed having access to beach chairs and umbrella while on the beach. Love Sea Chase! Always a treat to get to stay here.

The only thing that could’ve made this condo better was a little more in stock for the renters. Just things we didn’t think of like extra trash bags or a tide pod or an extra roll of toilet paper or maybe even seasoning. It was a beautiful place!

SeaChase 501C is a perfect end condo with a wraparound balcony, never a problem parking, security is the best there. Property management is superior! The location is right across from Walmart, my favorite place to stay! Plenty of room, just have to “manage” the 2 bathrooms.

Clean and exactly as described. The views are amazing! We have a disabled son and it was nice to be able to take him to the beach but also enjoy the beach from the condo. The rental company was very responsive and the check in process was easy. Walmart and other stores are across the street , so very convenient. like that there was 24 hour security at the gate.
