This charming gulf front condo features 2 bedrooms with large picture windows providing beautiful beach views. The balcony has endless views of the beautiful white sand beach and turquoise gulf waters!!! The view is breathtaking! Watch the sunrise, enjoy your morning coffee and watch the dolphins play from your private balcony. The pool has a swim-through indoor pool and is heated October-April! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. You can choose to dine in or out at one of the nearby local restaurants. Inside the condo you will find a dining table and more seating at the kitchen bar. The balcony also has a table for outdoor/beachside dining while watching one of our famous Gulf Coast sunsets!

Tradewinds Condominiums is central to many popular businesses in Orange Beach including Alvin s Island, Adventure Island, Bubba s Seafood, and Shucker s Oyster Bar. The complex is less than a mile from the Wal-Mart and Rouse s Supermarket.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

The primary guest booking is required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement. Renter must be 25 or older, present at check-in, and staying in the unit. No refunds for reservations made under false pretenses.

Spring break

I brought my grandchildren to enjoy spring break. We had an absolute magnificent time. The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. It was right on the ocean everything we needed. The staff was impeccable. I would highly recommend this condo and this group of staff for any of your travels.

Good place to stay

The Tradewins building is being renovated...and it needs it. The 805 unit was clean and in good shape. It offers a really nice view of the ocean. Overall, a good place to stay and it will be even better when the building renovations are completed. The check-in process is virtual and a bit difficult. If you follow the instructions from your computer, you should have no problem.

Tradewinds 805

The listing was as described. It was clean, had a fabulous view, and was close to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, our check-in information was inaccurate. The code to enter the condo was correct, but the Wi-Fi code and the pool codes were not. The leasing agent was very responsive and worked to rectify the problem. Due to the check-in problems, we gave the overall rating a 4 instead of a 5.

Could use a little work. Screens ripped. Porch furniture could be replaced. Pool closed for work for 6 weeks. Was a requirement for us. Called island rentals and they were fantastic. Got us in a bigger and better condo next day

It was okay

Cons: Upon arrival noticed the condo wasn’t really cleaned as expected more of “spit shined”, took the refrigerator over 12hrs to food cold as it should be in a fridge, the outlets are very sketchy they will not hold anything you plug in it falls right out, there is mold in hidden places you can smell it in cabinets. Check out time was 10am and we had maids knocking on the condo door at 9:40 asking when we were leaving so they could clean and then parked their cleaning carts outside our door which made it annoying trying to finish getting our items out. Pros: check in was super easy, virtual check in so you can ent straight to the condo no stop by anywhere to check in smaller condominium so little less people which was nice. Quick beach access made it nice. We took a mommy/daddy trip so we did not have our kids but this set up would be nice with kids. The ac gets super cold which we loved! Beds were very comfortable! Overall it was ok since it was just adults on this trip now if we would have had our kids I would not have been okay with how they cleaned it for sanitary purposes. They might need to look into a new cleaning crew also if your with a tall person who can see the tops of fridges and fans and areas most wouldn’t You might not be very thrilled.

We loved our stay here. Cleanliness is always a top priority for me and this unit did not disappoint! The views and location are great. Would recommend replacing the torn windows screens so guests have the option to sleep with the window up!

Not the best experience! we made the best out of it! Needs to have a deep cleaning done throughout the whole unit. Pee stained beds ( master bed and pull out couch mattress) guest room bed had the blood spot on the mattress topper. HVAC unit needs to have a good cleaning of the vents and duct work bc debris across the ceiling and hanging from the vents themselves. Like I said NEEDS A DEEP CLEANING NOT JUST A SPOT CLEAN.

We loved the ocean view property. There was a candle broken and the mattress was stained when we took the sheets. Bathtub is guest room did not look good. Otherwise clean and comfortable

Very quaint and inviting space

The condominium as a whole does need some updating but there was a number of small projects underway while we were there. With that said. This particular condo was great. Very quaint, wonderful views and location is perfect for activities and shopping. We were very pleased
