Hilton Garden Inn Orange Beach Beachfront
"Couldn't communicate with housekeeping staff because they didn't speak English. One of two elevators was out of service all 4 days I was there because a part had to be ordered. Repair parts should always be on hand for quick repairs. Pillows are terrible!!! Flat as pancakes."

"Our room was clean but not very spacious. Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Only one sitting chair at the table. Balcony was very nice though. It had two nice chairs and a nice table for sitting in the morning for coffee and viewing the beach. The beach was outstanding. Not crowded and peaceful. ..."

"I will start with the lady at the front desk was helpful and nice and my money was refund after I insisted vs the 10% discount they wanted to offer. We checked in about 10pm and once in our room found the toilet didn’t work. There were no other rooms available. Maintenance would not be able to fix ..."
