"Let me start with check - in Odalys was amazing! She listened to everything we said and gave us an amazing room! Honestly more than we dreamt of :) and Expedia is amazing at adding extras. Favorite people that go above and beyond at breakfast- absolutely every waiter At the pool bar- Luigi! Playmakers also amazing, smiling and interacting with guests. People that help with luggage … seriously staff at this resort is AMAZING!!!"
