"Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected. The hotel was not very accommodating, and despite arriving within the expected check-in timeframe, I had to wait until the last minute to receive my room. Communication regarding room readiness was poor and made the start of the trip unnecessarily stressful.
I was also celebrating a milestone birthday during this trip and noted it with the hotel in advance. While I understand upgrades are never guaranteed, it was disappointing that no effort was made to acknowledge the occasion in any way. Even a small gesture would have gone a long way toward making the stay feel special.
The pool area was another major disappointment. It was consistently overcrowded, loud, and chaotic, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the amenities. We were unable to use the pool during our stay because of the excessive crowds and disruptive behavior.
Additionally, the overall atmosphere around the property did not feel welcoming or relaxing. There were many guests and visitors behaving in a loud and inconsiderate manner, which detracted from what should have been an enjoyable vacation experience.
Between the delayed room availability, lack of accommodation from staff, overcrowded amenities, and complete lack of acknowledgment of a special occasion, this stay fell well short of expectations.
Also without saying too much do expect “upscale” people staying here.
