Location was easy to find right off the main road. Room was spacious. Front desk staff were very helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Price of the hotel was great.

O nosso primeiro quarto estava com um cheiro horrível, pelo que pedimos para trocar na mesma noite. Não havendo disponibilidade no Vila, nos transferiram para um hotel ali perto, okay. Foi combinado a troca do quarto para a noite seguinte, mas as colegas da recepção não se comunicaram, pelo que tivemos de passar a segunda noite em outro hotel muito longe dali. Portanto, a minha avaliação negativa é devido a esta falta de organização, pois se houvesse uma comunicação melhor, tínhamos ficado no mesmo hotel, e não teríamos de fazer deslocações a meio da noite.

Pagué un precio demasiado elevado por una habitación en la que pedí dos camas y había una cama y un sofá cama incomodísimo, la habitación llena de desperfectos, cristales con óxido,ducha con óxido,sin dispensador de jabón, enchufes sueltos, humedades y trozos de pared desconchados, el suelo en zonas también estaban levantados, las ventanas no tenían insonorización y al estar en una carretera había mucho ruido y apenas se podía dormir. La limpieza escasa. Había pelos cuando llegamos en la estancia, mosquitos muertos en los azulejos del baño y al día siguiente igual y el segundo día ni hicieron la cama. Desayuno básico y el segundo día los croissants no eran frescos. Dice tener parking dentro del hotel y para nada, es una acera y un trozo asfaltado donde no cogen más de 6 coches.Dice estar a 0,3 km del centro y es mentira queda como a 10 minutos por lo que tuvimos que coger el coche todos los días No nos enseñaron las instalaciones y no supimos ni donde estaba la piscina. En general bastante mal para el precio que pagué .

Na hospedagem gostamos do atendimento dos funcionários, porém, mas no aspecto geral deixou a desejar, café da manhã não atendeu as expectativas, o quarto não tinha frigobar, sendo importante para quem está em viagem, visto que o hotel não possuía almoço ou jantar a oferecer

Es un hotel bonito y funcional pero en un estado de conservación bastante deficiente, con muchísima humedad en las paredes de la habitación, así como mucho polvo en las repisas del armario. Está a 5 minutos del centro de Guimaraes en coche con buen acceso, en una carretera muy concurrida de coches. El desayuno correcto en relación con el precio. De las dos recepcionistas, una muy amable, pero la más jovencita no da ni los buenos días. Lo mejor fue el precio, así que relación calidad- precio lo doy por bueno y repitiría.

Séjour catastrophique

Hôtel à fuir. Le personnel est accueillant. Les chambres sont catastrophique. Matelas pas de la même taille que le sommier. De l’humidité de partout, une odeur qui prend à la gorge, baie vitrée pas étanche qui ne ferment pas. Le sol ondulé (parquet) à cause de l’humidité ne donne pas envie de quitter les chaussures. Et clou du spectacle : des champignons qui poussent dans la chambre (photo)

Las lámparas de la habitación no funcionan. Casi no hay jabón para la ducha, bañera desconchada, el Wifi estropeado, la puerta sin tarjeta, muy poco personal, la televisión solo en portugués. Y lo peor de todo el desayuno. Sucedáneo de jamón, sucedáneo de queso leche fría y pan. Muy muy deficiente.

Ein gut gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war ziemlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht zentral, aber mit dem Auto von der Stadtmitte Guimarães schnell zu erreichen. Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (wie Supermarkt) in der Nähe.
