There was a racoon in the ceiling, the washroom window and shower curtain are see through. There is a 150$ fee upon arrival. The place smells like old smoke. There are random rules that you have to sign off on including that you are okay with the room. Dont waste your money here. The ammenities dont work. The microwave oven and fridge dont work. The only plus was they had cameras everywhere."

"Breakfast was good . Unfortunately we went through our first full day without hot water . This was really unacceptable. When staff contacted, we were told it is because of the amount of occupancy. I am sorrry but I have never stayed in any hotel or motel that did not have efficient amount of hot water for its possible max occupancy. And this was not a full occupancy timeframe. Room did not feel clean . Carpet does not look like it was cleaned in a long time . The bed : another issue. One side sagged , so you felt like you woul d fall out of the bed , and the other side was higher. If you are looking for a cheaper stay for a night and not bothered about these things , go ahead and stay here . Otherwise would look elsewhere … "

"The apartment is in a nice suburb of Pickering. The open concept flat was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen which served us well. Although in the basement, it was still very bright and felt roomy. The bed is section of with curtains which gave it a very comfortable feel, and a bit of privacy to anyone in there which was nice. Everything was very clean and confortable. The location worked well for us who were busy in the Scarborough area, but we also mad it into the city downtown without any issue. We loved it, and would stay again."
