Guests will have full and private access to the entire house, all decks, and the surrounding property during their stay. The entire space is exclusively for you and your group. Access is convenient with self check-in.

Creek Water Levels: Please be aware that Holbert Creek's water level varies by season. It typically has water in winter, spring, and early summer, but may run dry in late summer until the Fall rains return.

Security: For your security, a Nest camera is installed and monitors the parking area only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.

Cancellation for Unforeseen Events: In the rare event that circumstances beyond our control (such as fire, pandemic, etc.) prevent us from hosting you due to county or state orders, our policy is as follows: If you are within the standard cancellation window, you will receive a full refund per the VRBO agreement. If the cancellation occurs after this window has passed, we will refund the cleaning fee and 50% of your stay, with the remaining 50% held as a credit for a future stay of your choice.
