Comfortable and spacious suite, two rooms, great location in the regenerated center of Guayaquil, total independence and privacy. Comfortable if you travel alone, as a couple or as a group. Luxury finishes, family atmosphere, available for you and your group, you do not share with anyone the space, independent entrance and exit 24 hours. Parking with secure and private access inside the building. Electronic doorman during non-working hours.
The suite is in the regenerated center of Guayaquil, currently the emblematic area of tourist, commercial and financial attraction of the city. All tourist attractions are very close to the suite. Walking you can arrive in 5 minutes to the Cathedral and Park Las Iguanas, in 7 minutes to Malecon 2000, 15 minutes to the Banking Zone, 30 minutes to Las Peñas, the first neighborhood of the city.
Shops, restaurants, parks, entertainment is the common denominator of the activities that are always done in this area. When you stay in the suite you will not have parking problems because the suite has its own parking lot, and if they come to pick you up, you can temporarily park the vehicle inside the building while they wait for you. Currently even if you come for work or tourism you can move easily from the center to any part of the city, the airport is 30 minutes during peak hours, the same Samborondón, Urdesa, the Industrial Zone of via Daule, the via the beach or the Barrio del Centenario.
