The hotel is located in the center of the city, we walked 10 minutes to oakland mall shopping center. So it was convenient. I book a room without air-conditioned and i was happy about that because it was cool so i didn't needed air-conditioned room. Room was small but enough for what i needed it for and the price was not bad. Something i would like to mention tho, i been travelling a lot and usually when i arrive at other hotels/resorts before the check in time, they will let me in once the room is ready.. at this place,, i arrived 1.5 hours before check in time and even though the room was ready,, they charged me an extra 100 qutzales for early check in which didnt make sense to me because am not used to that. Usually hotels will charge me if i want to stay exra time after check out time which i agree with that. Also we found dirty socks in one of the cabinet draw which gave me the impression that the room was not cleaned properly or maybe not cleaned at all and they just fixed the beds after the last persons checked out.

No air-conditioning. Plenty of shops within walking distance. San Martin for breakfast is an 8 minute walk. There's a local market for fruit and cafes near by. The main city centre is a qtl 30/ by Uber.

The room is in very good condition and fairly clean. The room is like 15 ft away from the front desk clerk so not too much privacy. Every time you go to your room you got to walk to the around the front desk to reach your room. It is only minutes away from Oakland Mall and this area it's very modern and safe and has a lot of dining options and shopping options.

The staff was nice. The room was clean. But the restroom I would say 4/5. What I didn’t like is that the walls are so thin and you can hear everything on the other side. Next to my room there were kids and they were noisy. On the upper room there was a couple having sex and were too loud. I couldn’t sleep the whole night.

The rooms has humidity and smelled really bad the bathroom and on top of that they didn’t have water so I couldn’t take a shower and they didn’t even apologize and compensate with those issues. That was the only hotel on Guatemala that was very disappointed to chose.
