Rooms are not well maintained but are clean. Front desk personnel are very helpful and friendly most of the staff are very nice. Except the ones that control the pool entrance and not to mention the manager. As a business owner I would be very disappointed to have someone like him representing my business in any way. He’s high-handed and arrogant. The restaurant staff is always friendly the food is okay. Breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious. The hotel has a high potential they just need to renovate it.

This is a beatiful hotel in a great shopping location. It is a little bit away from the rest of the hotels in Guatemala City but it is surrounded by shopping malls. The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. I had stayed here a few times previously and always have a great experience

Al reservar la habitacion, me enviaron un mensaje que la piscina del hotel estaba en mantenimiento, por lo cual me ofrecieron otra piscina supuestamente climatizada, bajo techo y con todas las amenidades del hotel. Al llegar con mi hija de 2 años, nos topamos con la desagradable situacion de que nos llevaron a una piscina ubicada lejos del hotel, pequeña, de 1.4m de peofundidad pareja, descuidada, no climatizada y que a la vez la utilizaban para classes de natacion, por lo que me indicaron que solo podia permanecer en un extremo de la misma. Nada que ver a lo ofrecido. Al presentar mi queja, me ofrecieron un Day-Pass para ir con mi familia a sus intalaciones una vez que la piscina princial estuviera habilitada, cosa que no cumplieron nuevamente. Mi disgusto no es economico, es que le mientan a los clientes. Me considero estafado.
