To be fair, I am not rating this compared to other hotels but based on the price I paid for it. The hotel is relatively new and is in a very good location if you want to be close to the airport and about 10 minutes walking from the Hotel Zone (Zona viva). However, the room is very small, quite basic and it is not noise-isolated. The neighbourhood is safe and there are some parking spots available. For a solo traveller who wants to spend the night just to catch a plane next day is a fair choice for the price. If you want luxury and a more touristy hotel, skip it. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Pillows not comfortable and bed too soft. For young travellers this is also a good choice.

We were right by the kitchen. We could hear all the banging and talking. The pictures on Expedia did not reflect my room. I had barely any place to walk. Maybe a foot I. Between the wall and the bed. Other than that, staff was very friendly.

Shower handle was broken and would fall off when you tried to change the water temperature. They required $30 cash deposit or an ID. I had to leave my passport with them at the front desk in a drawer that wasn’t even locked, that made me extremely uncomfortable. No towels to dry your hands on or your feet after you get out of the shower. I would not stay there again.

El hotel no es nada lujoso, pero es un lugar donde se puede dormir. La habitación 4 es muy pequeña, tiene cama y baño. Ubicación buena, solo minutos a pie de Pollo Campero y Barrista Café. También hay una bomba de gasolina cerca que está abierta 24 h, que tiene varias cosas para comer a la noche. Por el precio, el hotel está bien.

Lo único bueno de este lugar es la ubicación. Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas y, al llegar, no había toallas ni jabón. Encima de nuestra habitación estaba la cocina del restaurante, por lo que desde las 6 a.m. se escuchaba todo: golpes, arrastre de objetos y el ruido de cuando picaban alimentos. La verdad, la habitación era incómoda y con muy poco aislamiento del ruido.

El cuarto numero 6 no tiene ventana, si no una pared falsa que da al lavadero o cocina, no estoy segura. A las 6:30 am empiezan a ordenar platos y a platicar y se escucha todito desde el cuarto. El cuarto es bastante pequeño, así que no tiene mesa donde poner la maleta y no tiene aire acondicionado, solo un mini ventilador. También la conexión de wifi es muy mala. Tengo que decir que el proceso de check-in/out es un poco tedioso. Hay que dejar documento hasta el check out.
