It’s a nice cleaned place, had a bit of trouble getting an uber to go get something to eat at around 8:00pm but overall the place was nice and I would stay there again. They offered Breakfast and it was very good. Great staff!!

Íbamos bien, es como mi 4ta o 5ta vez hospedándome con ellos pero desde el check in todo mal, nos llevaron a una habitación de 1 cama pequeña, sin aire acondicionado y que tenía el lavamanos del baño al lado de la cama y solo el inodoro y ducha adentro del baño, yo había reservado una habitación Deluxe con cama King, a/c y baño completo privado, al indicarle al encargado en recepción me dijo que había sido error de quien registró mi reserva y que no tenía otras opciones ya, al final nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas imperiales para juntarlas para mí y mi esposo, yo casi me caigo al vacío a mitad de la madrugada porque por supuesto se separaban fácilmente y mejor dormimos separados. PERO lo peor fue en la mañana a la hora de irnos, una de las chicas de recepción tenía su carro obstruyendo la salida y salieron ella y otra a abrir el portón de mala gana, lo abrieron mal y la otra se subió a su carro a moverlo pero en lugar de bajarse a ayudar a mantener el portón abierto simplemente lo dejaron mal puesto e impactó en la puerta y retrovisor de mi carro, yo intenté meter la mano y hasta me golpee pero ya el portón de metal cayendo con fuerza ya se imaginan el rayón de profundidad completa en la pintura. La que estaba en su carro ni se bajó y la otra ni se molestó en pedir disculpas simplemente nos apuró a salir pues la otra empleada quería meter su carro en el puesto de estacionamiento que dejamos vacío nosotros. Pésima experiencia y ahora tengo que pagar pintura del espejo.
