Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Then never sent the check-in information and the reservation had to be canceled the day that I landed and I was left with no place to stay for 38 days. I was forced to have friends offer me their space and I have to sleep on the floor on my vacation because I couldn’t find a place in time.
