"NO POOL AT THIS PROPERTY Despite the Expedia listing noting a “Swimming Pool” - we were disappointed to learn they do not have one. They have a Whirlpool branded hot tub (listed as a separate amenity on the Expedia page). “Indoor Pool” was also listed under the Family Friendly heading of the Expedia listing. As most parents know, hot tubs are not appropriate for children, especially young ones. We chose the hotel because we thought they had a pool. When we travel, we spend part of our day playing in the pool. Kids love a swimming pool! In the hopes of disappointing another family expecting a swimming pool, I flagged to the property directly, Mariott Bonvoy and Expedia to encourage them to update their respective listings. Despite the misinformation, the property was excellent. The rooms spacious and clean, the gym was one of the best I’ve ever seen and the breakfast we paid extra for was excellent. A perfect way to start the day. A special should put to the Leidy, the Spa Manager who was great at addressing our concern. "

"Small gym, jacuzzi wasn’t available when I was there. Nice and respectful staff. Massage was booked at least 3 days ahead. Then I had to rebook it 2 days ahead and got confirmation via whats app that it was done. However, I waited and called the front desk and basically the message therapist came at the first initial time I booked it for. So a failure to communicate on that. No AC besides a small fan but I never got too warm. Bogota is high up and it’s a lot cooler. Breakfast was ok. "
