Estadia em fevereiro
Eu e meu noivo alugamos para passarmos 3 dias. Apartamento bom, aconchegante, tem todos utensílios que precisamos para uma acomodação, como descrito no site, porém, bem pequeno, um dos banheiros não tem como se mexer direito lá, e não tem lavanderia, não conseguimos entender as roupas. A localização é muito boa, pertinho da praia e dos comércios.

O apartamento é bom. Confere com a descrição do anuncio em questão de proximidade com o mar e dos arredores. Contudo os quartos tinham um cheiro muito forte de mofo. Não conseguimos dormir nos quartos. Foi necessário colocar os colchoes na sala. O teto tambem é um pouco baixo, o que pode ocasionar acindentes, como quando os ventiladores de teto estão ligados, por exemplo. No geral, é um bom apartamento. Bem localizado e que atende bem uma familia de 05 pessoas., contudo, não alugariamos novamente.

Apartamento bom mas com ressalvas.
O apartamento é limpo e bem organizado. Os quartos e a sala possuem um tamanho bom e os colchões também são bons. Minhas ressalvas são em relação aos banheiros: o social é muito pequeno, já o banheiro da suíte não há muita privacidade pois a porta é vazada, quando acende a luz no meio da noite ilumina o quarto inteiro. Outra coisa que me chamou a atenção é que quando se fala em apartamento térreo entende-se que realmente fica no térreo, o que não é o caso, visto que tem um lance de escadas estreito para dar acesso ao apartamento. No meu caso que estava acompanhada dos meus pais idosos ficou complicada a locomoção. Os utensílios da cozinha precisam ser trocados (faças sem ponta, abridor de latas muito enferrujado, panelas sem cabos e tortas que não param em cima do fogão).

O apartamento é super bem localizado, próximo a praia, mercado padaria, bares etc. Além dele ser lindo bem arejado limpo. Fui muito bem recebida, a portaria é 24 horas, não tendo problema pra entrada e saídas. A Sr.a Maria é muito atenciosa, TD que precisar responde prontamente.

Gostei do local. Tive oportunidade de ir até a cidade de Santos e conhecer a Vila Belmiro. Torço para o time do Santos e então com essa viagem realizei um sonho de infância que era conhecer o campo do Santos. Uhhh!! Consegui!! Por outro lado foi ótima a virada de ano na praia de Pitangueiras. O local onde ficamos era bem próximo da praia. Levamos uma caixa térmica com bastante Heineken bem geladas e foi só alegria. Lembrando que no ano retrasado já tinha passado a virada de ano em Florianópolis, também utilizando a Vrbo e foi execelente. Viva a Vrbo!!
