Avaliação – Estadia de 13/10/2025 a 19/10/2025 Hospedar-me neste hotel foi, infelizmente, uma das piores experiências que já tive em viagens. As fotos divulgadas no Hotels.com não refletem em nada a realidade — o local é completamente diferente do que é anunciado. Logo na chegada, no dia 13/10, por volta das 15h, após uma longa viagem de Macau a Guangzhou, já nos deparamos com o primeiro grande problema: nenhum funcionário falava inglês, apenas chinês. Toda a comunicação precisou ser feita por tradutor, algo que não é informado em nenhum momento na descrição do hotel. Em seguida, fomos avisados que o elevador estava com defeito. Nosso quarto era no 5º andar (524), e nos disseram que precisaríamos subir de escada. Além de cansativo, foi uma situação completamente inaceitável, considerando que estávamos com malas pesadas após 10 dias de viagem e não havia nenhum funcionário disponível para auxiliar. Quando o elevador “funcionava”, o problema era ainda mais absurdo: nunca parava no andar correto — ao selecionar o 5º andar, ele frequentemente parava em outro, obrigando-nos a subir ou descer escadas mesmo assim. Nos últimos dias, o elevador começou a acionar o alarme de segurança com apenas três pessoas dentro, embora a placa informasse capacidade para seis pessoas ou até 1.500 kg. Ou seja, além de defeituoso, o equipamento parecia inseguro. Ao entrar no quarto, percebemos que o caos não terminava ali: • O ar-condicionado não funcionava e o controle estava todo em chinês…
