"Toilet is bad. Wash wash basin not have tissue. Restaurant not hand knife and fork. Restaurant and hallway not have air condition. Hotel to Canton Fair is fair not the hotel.com descript. This is Inn not hotel. Hotel price Inn service and feeling. Bad service."

"The staff was very clean and helpful."

"Generally, the hotel is good and quite nice. Stayed here for a few days. The main challenge was locating the hotel itself. As someone coming from the west, I am used to hotels being a standalone building. This hotel occupies many floors in a high-rise building and as such I struggled to locate it on the first night plus the language barrier. But the staff was quite helpful and tried to make it us feel better ."

"Parfait bien situé propre, bien entretenu"

"The front desk check-in was so quick—we got our room keys in just 5 minutes, no waiting around at all. The room was clean and cozy, with a really comfy bed, and it was quiet too, which was perfect. The best part? The service was awesome—every single person in our group thought so. Staff from the front desk to housekeepers were all friendly and ready to help."

"the room corridor is like a maze , a bit spooky...and i stay in a wrong smoking floor , pretty smelly, hoever, the room is nice and big, althought a lot of stain on the furniture ...."

"My deluxe room was spacious and the view to the city was beautiful. Location is near the metro station within 5 to 7 min walk. Staff and service is great. Reasonably priced for luxurious hotel."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had a washer and dryer for guests to use free of charge."
