"We had a great stay and enjoyed the clean rooms and spacious villa. Juan was receptive and made our visit pleasant. "

"そもそもチェックイン方法のメールが来ず、電話しても留守番電話になり、結局現地で途方にくれた。 貴重な家族での海外旅行が台無しになった。"

"Was placed in a different property for the same price and new property was much larger. Had an issue with the kitchen sink faucet and they responded right away and corrected the issue. The following day, we had a problem with the clothes washer and again they were on top of it. We were only supposed to stay for 3 nights but our job got extended and they accommodated us to extend our stay. I always try and stay at one of her properties. Been doing it for 4 years in a row multiple times a year."

Then was told i was supposed to check in the previous day and since i wasn’t there they gave the room away. My stay was, check in 11th leave the 15th and they gave my room away on the 10th without contacting me. "

"I stayed at the location for two months (work trip). The apartment had two comfortable beds, very efficient air conditioning in each room, and a comfortable living space. Any requests I had were answered promptly. For anything that needed to be handled on-site, Jack was readily available for assistance. I enjoyed my visit to Guam and the living experience was a big part of that. If I'm lucky enough to get assigned here again, I would definitely stay here!"

"The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues....
