"Negatives; 1. Last 30 metres of climb to the property was extremely steep. 2. The bed (a pull our couch) was the hardest that we have ever experienced. 3. The owner/host spoke zero English. 4. She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5. "Wonderful hotel only 3 star but such friendly staff and lovely spacious rooms in the Jazz building. We loved the roof top pool and the free coach shuttle service up to piazza Partigiano bus stop to access the Umbria jazz stage. Wonderful stay at Gio wine & Jazz hotel. We're looking forward to our stay there again next year. 👌👍👍🇮🇹🇮🇹💙💙"
