Nestled in the green Umbrian hills, in a panoramic location between Perugia and Assisi, our 13th-century Castel D'Arno Guest House is completely renovated and surrounded by a magnificent garden with roses and olive trees, including a panoramic swimming pool. It is strategically located near many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia - 13km, Assisi - 12km, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc.). We are also just a short walk from Perugia/S. Egidio Airport, a recent hub for international low-cost airlines (Ryanair, etc.).

The IL SUBASIO apartment, located on the second floor, is the property's true suite and our crown jewel. From here, you can enjoy, among other things, the beautiful view of Mount Subasio, on whose slopes the famous town of Assisi stands.

The apartment, measuring approximately 80 square meters, is composed of several unique rooms. Furnished with period furniture, it comprises a large double bedroom with a single sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, and a living room with another sofa bed.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay enjoyable (dishes, towels, bed linens, table linens, ceiling fans, air conditioning, Wi-Fi) and is particularly suitable for groups and/or large families. Breakfast is optional, but recommended.
