Pésima experiencia

La anfitriona nunca se comunicó con nosotros y el día que íbamos a hacer check in llamamos y nos dijo que no teníamos reserva xq nunca se dio cuenta de nuestra reserva y dejó que se duplicara con otra dejándome sin lugar donde llegar, con mi familia, llevaba a 4 niños y es horrible sentir que no tienes a dónde llegar con tu familia y sin aviso de anticipación, y es momento que no nos han reembolsado nuestro dinero xq no fue culpa nuestra sino de la anfitriona que no se dio cuenta en la aplicación que reservamos y también otras personas en las mismas fechas, fue la peor experiencia para mi familia porque a parte los hoteles no tenían disponibilidad en esas fechas, y tuvimos q quedarnos en otra ciudad
