Beautiful new apartment in a building with roof garden and business center, located in the Chapultepec area, very central and easy to access everywhere

It has 2 bedrooms and is for 7 people by the sofa in the living room and the bunk bed and has 1 parking lot

We have a lot of experience because we have apartments all over the country and we know how to achieve their total satisfaction
The space
It is in a new building, with many amenities and located in the most attractive area of Guadalajara (Chapultepec)

The first bedroom is a very comfortable king size room specially designed to rest, with its own bathroom and very large closet.

The second bedroom is a bunk bed with 2 queen size beds and a fan. This room shares the bathroom with the sala

All our black out bedrooms to darken the room in the morning and get a better rest.

They will be able to enjoy the living room and dining room, with an oriental style and very different, designed to impress them and spend unique moments with the 55"TV and 80 mb internet.

It has parking for 1 car, a business center, and a roof garden to enjoy the views of the city.

It is super safe as it has a 24 hour security guard.

It has a washing center, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron and donkey and everything you need to cook, prepare drinks and enjoy your trip to the fullest (sheets, towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper).

The entrance is autonomous with a security box where you will find the keys so that you can enter at any time and check in.

Pets are accepted, but it is their responsibility for any damage, excess hair or smell that remains in the apartment

You can get there by walking to Chapultepec, La Minerva, Centro magno, and 10 minutes to Midtown and Punto Sao Paulo (financial area) and 15 minutes to downtown.

100% prepared for people in wheelchairs or seniors, because the apartment can be accessed without climbing any stairs.

The nightly rate shown is the base price for 1 to 4 guests, starting with the next guest, will generate a different cost of $180 pesos per night.

In stays longer than one week, at least a weekly cleaning will be carried out, which will be charged in $500 to the client, to make a change of sheets and towels, and keep the state of the apartment in optimal condition.

Guadalajara Stay

The stay was great and the price was right. I liked that we were not too far from anything. I felt safe and loved the staff at the complex. I did not like that one bed was advertised as "king" size, but it was a queen or a full size. It was small and uncomfortable to share with my large husband. Also, the sheets used on the bunk beds were extremely cheap and scratchy, which was not good for my daughter, who suffers from eczema and has sensitive skin.
