Unit 10C at Hidalgo Residence sits at a calm remove from the street, giving you a front-row view of the city's character without sacrificing the ease of coming home to something peaceful and well-considered. Single-level living, a private entrance, and an elevator make arrival and departure effortless, leaving more of your energy for the city itself.



Living space

The layout flows naturally across one level, free of stairs and straightforward to navigate. A dedicated workspace means remote workers can stay productive without rearranging their day, while the TV provides a simple way to wind down when the evening calls for it. Room-darkening shades let you control the light and the pace of your mornings. The private entrance gives you the kind of independence that makes a longer stay feel genuinely comfortable.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms accommodate up to four guests, each fitted with cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and a closet for organized storage. Room-darkening shades and a safe are available in the space, and essentials including towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper are provided throughout. Two full bathrooms come stocked with hot water, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - everything you need to begin and end each day without friction.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who prefer to cook at their own pace. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender cover everyday needs, while wine glasses, a dining table, and dishes and silverware make sharing a meal easy. Cooking basics including pots and pans are provided - note that oil, salt, and pepper are not currently available in this unit. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are also on-site for those who want to make use of them.



Entertainment and family features

Beyond the TV, the building includes access to a ping pong table. For families traveling with young children, the listing offers a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards - a thoughtful setup for guests arriving with little ones.



Building features and access

Self check-in via keypad means your arrival is on your schedule. The building includes an elevator meeting accessible dimensions - at least 52 inches deep with a doorway of at least 32 inches wide - as well as a pool, sauna, gym, and resort access to nearby facilities. Free parking is available both in the garage on premises and on the street. Luggage drop-off is permitted for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Laundry facilities are available nearby, and a cleaning service can be arranged during your stay at an additional cost.



Location

Hidalgo Residence places you close to Paseo Chapultepec, Glorieta Minerva, and Guadalajara's Historic Center. Whether your days are shaped by café-hopping, cultural exploration, or simply moving through the city at your own rhythm, the surrounding neighborhood gives you a strong base to return to.



Note:

Mandatory garbage disposal: All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells. It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.



Garbage Disposal Requirements: Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double. Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.



Liability for damage: Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. There are no parking spaces. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate. Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host. *Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.
