Staff very helpful, informed them we wake up very early before morning coffee is available and they brought a small coffee maker to our room with coffee, sugar, filters and cups to enjoy our morning coffee at 5am! Rooms are very clean and they have daily housekeeping and they have daily continental breakfast available with Saturday hot meal breakfast. Didn’t know breakfast was included! Extra treat for us!

Fantastic place to stay right in the heart of Ajijic. Super helpful and friendly staff! Small but quite sufficient continental breakfast. Restaurants all around. We will be recommending this for our guests!

Everything was fine. The food and staff were lovely. Sadly the shower was not very clean. And the rooftop was really dirty, loungers fell apart, chairs were rusty/broken.

Hotel Casa Blanca is as many reviews shared, great location to everything, great staff and price. However the breakfast was barely coffee and dry cereal and like many guests there we looked to other outside restaurants for breakfast. The cold water did not work in my room so showers were extremely hot and needed to be quick or burn. I wanted to change reservation and that wasn’t possible as other reviews have stated so once you book sorry if things change.

Authentic older Mexican property. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is older but has a sweet charm to it. It takes a long time to get hot water so just wait,..it will show up. Beds are comfortable and there is a fan & heater in the closet depending on what you might need to be comfortable. Our room had a fridge. They have a humble little breakfast available and hot coffee in the morning. It does the trick. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from the Malacon.

Small boutique motel I think probably less than 12 rooms very clean very friendly staff, but it is a small hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable the room was extremely clean but definitely the worst part of the stay was that the hot water in the shower was practically nothing. We found it strange because the hot water coming from the sink was very hot. If we were ever going back to the area we would definitely give it a stay again but we would check the hot water in the shower first. I don't know if this is a reoccurring problem or if it was just isolated that one day.

Room was clean, staff was excellent, room amenities were great. Good shampoo and conditioner and the shower worked well. Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. Even found some lovely wine glasses for us one evening. Breakfast was basic continental but everything was fresh and the boiled hard eggs were cooked to perfection.

Yes, the room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel has an excellent location and it is also very quiet there. We had very nice breakfasts, set up and prepared by the staff. The Manager Jesu Perez B. is very friendly and helpful. We had many questions related to our stay, he took care of all , even had a computer help on hand. Brenda is of the same nature . Andrea and Ajesandra ....hope the name is right ...were wonderful members of the staff as well. We will return soon !! Thank You ! Bernie and Bettina

Casa Blanca was perfect for our stay. It is centrally located in the heart of town. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need for a nice low key stay. Having breakfast offered each more was a nice perk as well.

Nice place to stay

This is a charming little boutique hotel situated in the heart of old town part of Ajijic. We were warmly received by the staff, and they were very helpful in responding to my various questions. The room was pleasant and clean. We were able to relax and feel at home.
