The single level home has no stairs inside, making it easy to move comfortably from room to room. In the evenings, settle in with the TV or draw the room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep. Essentials are provided, helping you settle in with ease whether you’re staying a few nights or longer.

The kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook your own meals and maintain your routines while away. With a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, and blender, along with cooking basics and dishes and silverware, it’s simple to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner. Our units are equipped with fundamental elements and amenities that will allow you to enjoy your stay, such as towels, linens, appliances and basic kitchen utensils. Cleanliness is guaranteed upon arrival to make you feel as comfortable as at home. The accommodation is designed with a contemporary style creating the perfect environment to relax and enjoy your visit in an environment full of life and history of old Guadalajara.



1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.



2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.



3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.



We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!

-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 5* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20* dlls extra per person per night.
