The hotel is very well located albeit on a busy street. Easily walkable to historical sites bars & numerous restaurants. We loved the room & found the hotel to be beautifully clean & all the staff were suberb. We enjoyed the A La Carte breakfast which was very reasonably priced. Would love to stay again, if circumstances arise!

This is a nice, older hotel to stay in the Centro, easy to walk around and convenient for ordering Uber.
Communication before arrival could be improved, with a bit more kindness in the wording and a clear contact name so you know who you are dealing with (just my opinion).
Once we arrived, everyone working there was lovely and provided good service.
The room was comfortable.
