Great location, remodeled, 10 minutes from Chapultepec, 10 m from the Minerva, 15 m from the Center, 15 m from Plaza Andares, 17 m from Plaza Galerías, 13 m from the Expo, practically in the middle of the most touristic places in Guadalajara, 5 Rooms with capacity for 10 people and 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 3.5 bathrooms, private and closed parking for 4 cars, fully equipped, 2 terraces, Smart TVs, washer and dryer, For long stays the price can be negotiated.
The space
You are renting an entire house completely for yourself, with new furniture and mattresses, a large patio, in a very quiet and safe area, fully equipped for you to have a great stay in the city, whether for Tourism or Work.

Pets are allowed with an extra cost of $100 per stay but only in the entrance patio, NOT inside the house,
No parties or loud music after 11PM.
