Schöne Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt im September in der Nachsaison ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen. Alles war wie beschrieben. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es gab sogar Schnakengitter in den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnraum ĂŒber die wir froh waren. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super. Alles ist fußlĂ€ufig gut erreichbar (BĂ€cker, Intermarche, Restaurants etc.). Die NĂ€he zum Etang hat uns sehr gefallen.

Gite trÚs bien équipé à 2 pas de la plage

Gßte de surface appréciable pour 3 personnes (dont 1 enfant) et trÚs bien équipé avec un extérieur trÚs sympa. Situé à moins de 100 m de la plage de Grazel (super pour les enfants) et à proximité des commerces et de plusieurs activités et restos : on peut presque passer ses vacances sans voiture !

Ein tolles Haus. Alles was fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub erforderlich ist, ist vorhanden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend, NICHTS fehlt. Die NĂ€he zum Strand ist nicht zu ĂŒberbieten. Besser gehtÂŽs nicht!!!

Ferienhaus zum WohlfĂŒhlen in guter Lage

Sehr gemĂŒtliches und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in guter Lage von Gruissan, nur ca. 50 m bis zum Strand. Restaurants, GeschĂ€fte und der historische Ortskern waren allesamt zu Fuß gut erreichbar. In dem Haus haben wir uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefĂŒhlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Die mit Gartenmöbeln versehene Terrasse sowie den Balkon haben wir bei schönem Wetter gerne genutzt. Der Kontakt mit den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern als auch der Verwaltungsagentur lief problemlos. Bei unserem nĂ€chsten Frankreichurlaub wĂŒrden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Superbe maisonnette tranquille Ă  deux pas de la plage

Je recommande cette trĂ©s jolie maisonnette tranquille, trĂšs agrĂ©able avec sa cour intĂ©rieure protĂ©gĂ©e et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e mais aussi dĂ©corĂ©e avec bon goĂ»t. GĂąteau sur la cerise: la plage est Ă  moins de 100 m! Les commerces sont Ă  proximitĂ© et la plupart des grands sites touristiques sont rapidement joignables vu que Gruissan se trouve Ă  la croisĂ©e des chemins Ă  la frontiĂšre du Languedoc-Roussillon. La seule chose que je recommanderais aux propriĂ©taires serait dÂŽinstaller lÂŽair conditionnĂ© au moins dans les chambres Ă  coucher car avec le changement du climat les Ă©tĂ©s seront de plus en plus chauds. Cette annĂ©e il a fait trĂ©s chaud au mois de Juin oĂč nous Ă©tions lĂ  pendant deux semaines et les nuits Ă©taient tellement chaudes que nous avons souvent mal dormi....nous avons horriblement transpirĂ©. Sinon tout a Ă©tĂ© parfait et la communication a bien fonctionnĂ© avec la personne qui nous a receptionnĂ© et qui Ă©tait toujours joignable pour toute question ou problĂšme.

Top-Ausstattung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und behaglich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Sie liegt nahezu unmittelbar am Strand und auch GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig gut erreichbar.

A quelques mÚtres de la plage et du port - Maison fonctionnelle et agréable. Chaßnes TV en allemande. Draps non fournis mais location possible donc trÚs pratique. Séjour hors été donc reposant.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben einen rundum schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Gruissan verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Es liegt sehr schön in unmittelbarer NĂ€he des Plage du Grazel, der lebhafte Hafen mit Restaurants, GeschĂ€ften & Co ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben ist auch der sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kontakt sowohl zur Besitzerin Frau Blasius als auch zur Verwalterin vor Ort, Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet bzw Probleme behoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur sehr empfehlen. Kpl. Ausstattung, sauber und sehr gute Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwalterin war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir wÀren gerne lÀnger geblieben, hatten aber leider nur eine Woche ...

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche in diesem schönen FerienhĂ€uschen in Griussan Plage. Die Kommunikation vorab lief schon einwandfrei, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Das HĂ€uschen liegt nur ca. 50-100 Meter vom Strand entfernt und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht, um zu entspannen. Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, vermutlich da es die Besitzer selbst nutzen. Uns hat es jedenfalls sehr gut gefallen! Einziger (winziger) Kritikpunkt: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und wir hatten teilweise nachts noch um die 28° im Schlafzimmer. Mit offenen Fenstern/Durchzug ging es aber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
