- Single Family Home, attached. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath coastal home, 5 mins from the beach in a quiet neighborhood directly across from strawberry fields. Open concept kitchen and living room , wide-louvered shutters, granite counters, upscale appliances, new flooring. Primary bedroom retreat with California King poster bed, vaulted ceilings, private balcony, walk-in closet, custom barn door to the en-suite bathroom with updated double vanities, bath, shower and separate room for toilet. Second bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and topper, wide-louvered blinds and black-out curtains. Bunk room sleeps 3-4. A standout feature is the top deck with a peek-a-boo ocean view, gas fireplace, and glider couches and club chairs. Off the dining room there is a fenced patio with table, loungers and gas bbq.
