"Stayed here with some friends on a quick golf trip and it was an ideal spot. The house is well-maintained and having 4 full sized beds worked out great. The host is an excellent communicator and was quick to answer any questions we had. "

"The house was perfect for our extended family. The host provided plenty of kitchen items as well as extra toilet paper, bathroom and kitchen soaps, soap for the dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the linens. We have rented many houses in the past and never had a sharp knife in the kitchen but this one did. The free passes for activities at the resort was an added bonus. Very clean as well as stocked. The only suggestion is for the host to update the binder with current information."

"It was good over all but the under the pull out bed and the bed was drity and trash underneath. The deck railing need to be fixed very lose and screws are coming out .we had to go out and buy hornet's spray they were every where outside and two got in the house. "

"Perfect home base for visiting UVA ( < 1 mile from stadiums, university, shopping) . Apartment was very comfortable, well stocked, organized and immaculate. Neighborhood and surrounding gardens were beautiful. Owners are very responsive. We will be back!"

"This place was perfect! It's a really good location near the wineries and breweries. The house is really spacious with comfortable furniture. And while there are houses around this one is conveniently situated where you feel totally private when you walk out the back door. We really enjoyed the firepit, hot tub and the little walk to the creek."
