"The room was spacious, clean, well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel itself is attractive, welcoming, clean. Love the complimentary specialty cofres made to order. Very well located. Great customer service. Planning to return soon."

"My daughter and I had a weekend mini vacation. We arrive and the outside looked like it was so old and falling apart. We walked inside and you could already smell cigarette smoke and just gross stuff. When we checked out our room the smell was so bad it made us sick. The bathroom door handle was broken and it wouldn’t close all the way. The tv would not work properly. I went back to the man( my daughter stayed in the car because she was sick)and told him we are leaving. I told him what was wrong because he asked and I told him. He sneered and said my money will be refunded in five business days."

"Upon arrival , check in was 3 pm, had to wait 45 minutes for room to be ready. After asking for 100 dollar deposit , card was charged 605. Had to wait 24 hrs for return funds. While traveling for a get away weekend thats not ideal at all. TV only had 1 remote that would not allow me to hook up my fire stick. Room smelled like mold and fabuloso. You had to fuss with the shower valve to get hot water, when adjusting the shower head its wobbly coming out of the wall, Several light bulbs were out. Dog down the hall wouldn't stop barking. Overall for 164$ a night some quality and professionalism is expected thats not what I received at all."
