Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr gut, da zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung ist gut einschließlich der Lage mit kleinen Meerblick. Das Bad ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wohnung weißt Gebrauchsspuren auf.

Minus: Türgriff zum Badezimmer locker, Toilettenschüssel wackelt. Kühlschrank hat kein Gefrierfach. Sonnenschirm verbogen und voller Möwenkot. Keine Auflagen für die Balkonstühle. Keine Thermoskanne. Plus: Sehr schöner Balkon mit Teilmeerblick, Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl.
