Holiday Home 'Grizzana Paradise' with Mountain View, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Grizzana Morandi, in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, this 80 sqm holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property, spread over two levels, offers you a fully equipped private kitchen, mountain views, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. Please note that the house does not have air conditioning.



Outside, you will find a private garden and a balcony where you can relax while admiring the mountain landscape. The private barbecue is ideal for outdoor meals surrounded by nature.



Parking is available in front of the gate and along the street. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted on the property. The accommodation is equipped with water and energy-saving devices and provides instructions for waste separation.



You can book cooking classes at a nearby trattoria, which offers local cuisine just a short walk away. The house is close to an equestrian center and is an ideal starting point for mountain bike excursions. We recommend visiting the Monte Sole Historical Park, with its nature trails and World War II memorials, the impressive Rocchetta Mattei Castle, and the Medieval Village of Montese. This modern cottage in rustic style, with stone and wood walls, blends perfectly into the landscape and offers you spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished interiors.

Mooi en karakteristieke huis in een rustige en natuurlijke omgeving.

Pros: Natuurlijke ligging in appenijnen, stuk koeler dan hete steden, met goede bereikbaarheid bologna en florence, zowel particulieren auto als trein. Dorpje met basisvoorzieningen nabij. Cons: Helaas tijdens ons verblijf, verbouwende buren, waardoor er wat geluidsoverlast was. Maar dat is natuurlijk tijdelijk.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Inneneinrichtung im regionalen Stil.

Pros: Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Das Haus bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Schöner Garten mit Blick auf die wunderbare Landschaft. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

The house was very nice, located in a quiet place, surrounded by nature and only 15mn from the highway. The house had everything you need for a short stay and a lot of charm. We recommend for a family trip!
