"Amazing mountain view. It was breathtaking to wake up to the view and have coffee/drinks/meal on the balcony. The apartment was well equipped with Pots, pans, utensils, knives, scissor , wine bottle opener fridge, dishwasher. Plenty of room for 5 of us in the family with kids to stay. Loved it! Staff were friendly and someone was available on the front desk. Only thing was there was no room service / cleaning like standard hotels. That was expected when you rent apartment style stay."

"We were there for a company event that included attending the Beach Gstaad volleyball tournament. The biggest complaint that we all had was how hot the room was at night. We had to have the windows and balcony door open, which let in the noise from people on the street, the night time party at the tournament and mosquitos. We also didn’t have the best service in the restaurant and our bill was well over 1000 francs for our work party dinner. Those are the reasons why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. The room was clean and modernized and the bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient but the rooms are hot and having the windows and doors open lets in all the noise from the street below. Be aware of that when booking."

"I was in a newly refurbished room, which was excellent. It was spacious and had the usual tea/coffee making facilities, TV, wi-fi. But the best part was a balcony with a stunning mountain view. A good continental breakfast was provided. The hotel also has a restaurant that is open for some of the week, but I didn't use the restaurant. The hotel itself is not in the centre of Crans-Montana. It is quite a long walk from the centre of town, depending on where you want to be. The 431 bus drives past the road leading the hotel (I used the tele violettes bus stop due to road works further down the road). Bus transport around Crans-Montana was free, but buses stop early in the evening. Please note that the journey from the Funicular Station (Gare) to the hotel is quite steep."
