We stayed in the two bedroom unit that was perfect for our family. Lots of space and every amenity you might need! A great restaurant a short 90meters away.

Lynda and Kevin were very helpful with our Nanna to get our laundry done quickly. The best thing is we had left a bag of souvenirs and the were able to post it to us before we left the country. Thank you for your kindness Lynda And Kevin :)

Location, Location. Aquatic centre across the road, Restaurant and Bar two doors down, CBD a couple of minutes drive. Ten minutes from Shantytown. Forty minutes to Punakaiki. Friendly staff.

We are regulars here so always get a friendly welcome. Close to a superb restaurant makes the Gables very convenient. The restaurant also does excellent breakfasts. So good to have a bath instead of a shower!

Stayed three nights - comfy bed and nice linen. Room was spacious, clean and host welcoming. Within walking distance to restaurants. Only negative was poor lighting in bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.
