"Very comfortable and modern/new hotel with excellent value, comfortable rooms. Just a 10 min walk from Mannheim main station in an area that is being regenerated currently. Top tip, if you walk down platform 1 away from the station building down to the G sector end (look for the spiral P2 car park ramp) you can exit through the coach station directly to the hotel."

It was clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated (we appreciated having two chairs in the room). Convenient undergroung parking. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We got here in time for Happy Hour so had a plesant drink on the outdoor terrace. Then had a delicious dinner at a nearby restaiurant."

The detail invoice shows that the Hotel charged the taxes on child (which shall not be the case) and another accommodation fees which has been paid with expedia."

We loved the location, with trams nearby and downtown within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helped carry our bags upstairs when the elevator was broken. We really enjoyed our stay in Heidelberg, which was definitely a highlight of our trip."
