"Excellent property for our purpose of a family wedding in Harbor Town with our kids and grandchildren. The spiral staircase should be mentioned and a picture provided. Not everyone can function on that staircase. Additionally, the tub in the 2nd bathroom upstairs does not “plug” so a bath for the grands was not possible. The bed frame for the king sized bed in the third bedroom on the second floor was too long for the room and made navigating that room difficult. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware and glasses. We made all breakfast and dinner meals during our stay. That was a huge plus with two 2 year olds. We would definitely choose this property again."

"This is where you want to stay on HHI, especially if you're bringing a companion animal. Easy walk to beach and nature reserve. Short walk to the beach is like a Disney ride, except the gators are real. Quiet neighborhood; practically a cul-de-sac so no vehicular traffic. Secure location within gated Sea Pines. Jay & Linda are conscientious hosts. A couple minor maintenance issues were resolved as soon as we made them aware. The house is immaculately maintained with everything in good condition and working order. Tastefully decorated, spacious and bright. Amazing backyard goes on forever. We would return in a heartbeat."

"The place needed some updating. There were holes in the deck rotted through. The kitchen could be better equipped, some of the pans in the kitchen were warped and scratched needed replacing and the cutlery were mismatched and stained, serving spoons could also be added. The mattresses were worn had no structure and the bed linens were scratchy and pilled. All the rugs had stains and were thread bare, especially the one in the living area where tufts were coming out and it was a tripping hazard. The place was also far from everything, not walking distance. However the area is safe and quiet which I appreciated. The pool table was a plus and my family enjoyed that. Also the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. Found hairs on the toilet seat."

"We stayed at Dan's house for the Thanksgiving Break and we had an amazing stay. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare our Thanksgiving meal and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub throughout the week since the weather turned colder on the weekend. The house is located a short walk away from the beach and our pup enjoyed her walks on the beach as much as we did. The location is also super nice and close to biking paths which lead to all the places on Sea Pines. I would definitely stay here again. 2 families with several teenagers enjoyed our time at this great house. "
