"It was a beautiful property set in the woods in the Sea Pines area, in walking distance of Harbor Town. The vegetation was beautiful too and we enjoyed all the deer. The treehouse was warm and cozy. They offered every amenity. The location was close to the beaches too and shopping and restaurants. We would stay again."

"My family and I had a wonderful week staying at Blue Mermaid in Sea Pines. The house was beautiful- immaculately maintained, stocked with everything we needed, and conveniently located to all of the amenities in Sea Pines. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed for dinner at home and the garage had every sand toy the kids could have wanted. The pool in the backyard was amazing during the very hot week. The kids absolutely loved playing in it every day. After dinner, we walked to the horse stables to feed the horses. The iTrip team was easy to deal with and extremely responsive. We had the best week at the Blue Mermaid and cannot wait to return."

"Five stars, without hesitation. I stayed here with three colleagues on a site visit for one of our businesses. We wanted to try a house instead of a hotel, and it was a great success.Everything worked the way it should. The WiFi was easy to get on and the internet was fast. The TVs were easy. The kitchen is fantastic and the grill was simple to use. There were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. Every room was comfy, which matters when four adults are sharing a space.The location is excellent. It is very close to the beach, and there is a great breakfast spot within walking distance. The parking pass that they mention is very easy so don’t let that be a deterrent. Coming in at night there are deer all around so peaceful!We will book with you in the future. Thank you."

"Family of 8, including 2 kids stayed for a week and the home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool, the large dining space and having plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had all necessary tools for cooking and grilling. Could have used more kitchen towels but otherwise great. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and the pool. Location was quiet and peaceful but close enough to bike rentals, grocery stores, and trolley pick-up. We would stay here again."
