Friendly, hospitable and attentive, probably the best customer service we received in all the hotels we stayed in Croatia during our 2 week visit. Although the hotel was on a busy road, we didn't really notice. Pool was quiet and clean when we were there, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"Really enjoyed my stay at Riva Palace and would return. A beautiful modern room tucked into a historical building right on the waterfront. Staff were super helpful especially considering I arrived earlier than expected while nobody was on site but someone was there within minutes to check me in. I was also leaving later than check out time but they were accommodating and held my bags while I explored some more. Super friendly interactions and spotless accommodations. Location really worked for me, made it easy to enjoy all the sites nearby, very close to sea organ and greeting the sun location (sunset was memorable!). Great restaurants in the area. One of my fave little parts in the space is the charming window! Not only was the view lovely but the sounds of music and singing outside in the evening was appreciated from the room! Highly recommend Riva Palace. "
