Plenty of room in the cabin. Beautiful property with near by restaurants and Cafe walking distance, nice place to spend time with family. Perfect for people who enjoyed the outdoors. Just read the description carefully because separate listing is downstairs.
We stayed 6 nights,
To get out of the valley heat. Greer hugs of 77 lows in the mid
50’s in mid July! This property is beautiful& did not disappoint! The log cabin itself is lovely & spacious! Separate rooms & baths for our young adults! Comfy living room furniture & dining room table.
Breathtaking views of the mountainside from every window, the flower filled meadow, & a nightly visit from a small herd of elk. The night sky is black, great for star gazers! The wrap around porch with comfy furniture, the perfect place to end the night. The beds are comfy. Kitchen has all we needed & more! Loved the Keurig & Nespresso! The staff was incredibly timely responding via the app. An issue
With the TV ( I didn’t turn the switch on the wall), extra towels, paper towels… The staff were very friendly and accommodating, asking each time if we were enjoying our stay. Hiking, kayaking, fishing, UTV rental & morning coffees for the kids right across the street. Thank you for sharing this amazing cabin. We hope to one day stay again!!!
My family and i had an amazing time in this cabin! We walked to the Molly Butler (several times). One of the best parts was being able to sit on the back porch with a cup of coffee and watch the deer and elk come into the meadow to feed. We will definitely be back!
We wanted to love this cabin because it is within walking distance to Molly’s, Rendezvous and right on the walking path; however, the state of the cabin upon our arrival was so off putting we won’t be staying again unless it gets a serious cleaning overhaul. There were cobwebs everywhere. The porches were unusable because everywhere you looked there were cobwebs. We had to clean the downstairs porch so we could enjoy the beautiful view. We didn’t use the upstairs porches because of all the cobwebs. There were even cobwebs inside the house on light fixtures and walls. The front table lamp had dead bugs and cobwebs on top and I didn’t even want to put my hand inside to turn it on. The upstairs bedrooms had dead flies and moths in the windowsills and on the floor. There was a large water stain on the carpet by the French doors in the upstairs bedroom. There were also lots of stains on the carpet. The thin and mismatched towels that were in the bathroom cupboards smelled like mildew and I found someone else’s hair in one of my bath towels. We were given about 4 half used/almost empty toilet paper rolls and a couple full rolls. We arrived to a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and had to wash them all just so we could have coffee the next morning. This cabin used to be a gift shop and it feels like it was just thrown together without a thought to get it listed for rent. We had a lovely time enjoying the view and everything Greer has to offer despite the unkept cabin.
