"Very well kept motel compared to others we have stayed before. Very clean romm and bathroom, no unpleasant smells. Comfortable beds, clean sheets. I think this is the only place in Grand Forks that has a continental breakfast. Its a pretty standard breakfast, but everything is fresh, fruits, yogurts. Really good coffee. Also nice friendly staff. We are very pleased with our stay."

"Traveled to Grand forks from the coast for a family wedding with My husband and our two teenagers. It was the perfect size for us and great location. Super cute farm style house. Would highly recommend. "

"Nice motel for the price. Walls are a little thin and it’s a little outdated but that wasn’t a problem for me. Price wise it’s great. I couldn’t make it one day and came late the day after I rang the motel and the person on reception was friendly and understanding. They left the key for me even though I arrived the next day really late. I would stay here again! "
