"I would love to go back and review this hotel properly. Coffee machine at breakfast was broken and no fresh milk to use in what coffee it did pour. Lift was broken and daughter who has tachycardia and autonomic dysfunction that cannot stand had to climb 4 floors of stairs. Broken floor tiles at lifts too. Staff were 10/10 from Alfie through to the ever so helpful woman informing us how breakfast worked, they were lovely. Check in and out very straight forward. Room 509 had a fair to decent view wasn’t too noisy despite schools being close by and beautiful parakeets visiting in the morning. With all the negatives said I’d definitely try it again and hopefully be giving them straight 5 stars."
