Great view from room and very friendly staff. During our visit the hotel was under renovation which was not a problem. But we had to wait over an hour before the room was ready after check-in time, then we found the linens were not changed and had food/stains on them. Housekeeping arrived quickly and fixed the issue, but by then our overall experience had been ruined.

This is a lovely property right on the River front in downtown Greenville. Valet or self parking available. They are currently renovating the breakfast area ao the breakfast was grab and go which was disappointing. Once it is completed it will be lovely.

Joby checked us in and offered to move us to a different room since it was my husband’s birthday. She gave us a River view room and she even gave us a few beers complementary for my husband’s birthday celebration. Check in was very easy and quick. We valet parked and walked to a few restaurants for appetizers and dinner. We also rode the electric bikes that were for rent near the hotel, and that was super fun. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was beautiful, all staff was more than kind and amazing during our stay besides management. Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Will never be back again due to her. Would not want to stay somewhere where a manager treats her customers the way she does. Her name is Joby Chanko.

Wonderful 3 night stay
My wife and I were in town for a three night stay. The location downtown was ideal, walkable to shops, restaurants and the river walk. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend the Hotel.
