Our sweet yet spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment is centrally located in the desirable Lake Daniel neighborhood in Greensboro. It has its own private entrance, driveway & open 2-car garage. A full kitchen with separate dining area, laundry room (shared with 1 permanent Tenant) and 2 bedrooms with comfy queen beds. In Midtown GSO, we're just minutes to Downtown, Friendly Shopping Center & access to Wendover, Bryan Blvd, PTI, I-40, I-73. Our rental is perfect for one night or an extended stay!

Nice location in Greensboro
Property is exactly as presented...older structure but newly remodeled, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Minor issue with access to property upon arrival got resolved literally in minutes. Also locked out once which did create some frustration....but again, access was resolved promptly. Location is great with easy access to many local restaurants and craft brewers. Overall a good value for the price...thank you!

Fun Swim Weekend!
We enjoyed our stay! When we weren’t at the GAC, we cooked, relaxed, and watched movies. The beds were new, shower was hot, and the tv’s and quiet spots to read were relaxing. Great experience.

We loved our stay. The hosts have gone all out to add many fine features and conveniences for their guests, from the remote controlled ceiling fans and comfy beds to the complimentary soaps and toiletries, the extras are too numerous to mention. Everything was super clean and the hosts are very responsive. We are already planning our next stay!

Home away from home
Great property. It was exactly as listed. The owner was responsive to my questions. We have kids in 2 nearby colleges and it was accessible to both schools. The kids came to visit and it felt like home away from home.
