Nice for the price. Property is very clean and cared for. Room could use a good deep clean, but nothing overly concerning. The front desk agent that checked me in was wonderful! Please make sure to give him kudos for a job well done!!

We booked a room ahead and requested a non-smoking room. When we got to the room, it smelled so strong of marijuana. I went back to the lobby and explained and requested a different room because of it. He gave us another room. It didn't smell great but at least not of pot. However, the vents from the other rooms near us seemed to be emitting the marijuana smell all over the outside of the property. The new room we were moved to itself was old/rundown but not horrible. I would not recommend especially if you are staying with kids or longer than one night.

This property’s listing does not specify that they only allow one pet. It says “pets stay free and exempt from pees”. I have stayed in numerous red roofs and never had an issue. I was stranded a day before Christmas because this particular location apparently only allows one pet

Red roof airport
Be careful what you get with a discounted room. No fridge, no microwave. When I went to get coffee it was weak and cold. Looked like they just poured water into the pot so they didn’t have to make another pot.

after day one, i was rushed out of my room because by a manager because the houserkeeper was waiting on me. If the house keeper was proficient at her job, the room would have not been dirty to begin with. But upon my return, was it not only dirty, when my white towel hit the wet vinyl flooring it turned brown. i then took my remaining towels and put them under my feet and proceeded to clean the floors. I was not shocked to find them almost dark brown and filthy. the next day, i brought cleaners with me and did the baseboards and walls and more of the floors. At no time during my multiple day stay, was the floor ever vacummed because the same dirt crumbs were in the same spots the entire time unless i cleaned them up. the hotel is simply not clean and the management does not care!

Walked into the room after checking in and the mini fridge had been leaking water all over the floor, the sheets had cigarette burn holes (we had purchased a non-smoking room) and had multiple stains. After checking the beds for beg bugs (thankfully, there was none) we noticed that there were small black hairs (you can use your imagination on what they were) all over the mattress cover. Very poor cleaning job. We covered both beds with multiple layers of our own sheets and slept very uncomfortably for the night. Never will stay here again.

Ac quit working in the middle of the night, a bug in the bed. When I asked for a refund to go to another room, he said he could move us to another room. I took him up on it, not realizing he put us in a smoking room. We ended up checking out 15 mins later because I had an asthmatic family member and child. When I checked out, the guy at the desk honestly seemed amused at how inconvenienced I was. Worst experience!

Comfortable but a little noisy.
This hotel sits in a group near the Greensboro airport. As one of the more economic choices, it may attract a noisier clientele, at least it did for us. There was considerable shouting outside at about 3 am. Otherwise the hotel seemed well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable, as well as fully equipped with fridge, microwave, etc. Lack of an elevator may be a negative for some and the smell of cigarettes outside of the non-smoking facility was pervasive. Overall a reasonable place for a quick sleep and go.

When we arrived, we were put in the very top end of the hotel’s rooms. I went to open the door and out stumbled a man that was either drunk or buzzed on drugs. We were assaulted with the smell, noise and filth of a room that had a clogged sink, smelled like weed and cigarette smoke and people kept making noise all night long. We chose you be wife was having surgery early the next morning. We did not get rest and we had to spray everything down with Lysol. The place is a dung heap. My wife is and I are both Hispanic, from Spain and feel we were discriminated against.

Property was ok very convenient for my visit. Definitely not the worst.. Housekeeping need to slow down and clean everything properly because paper trash was on the floor. The beds need to be upgraded, there was a big sink in the middle of King Bed so we kept rolling down. And although I had an approved late check out for 1130, housekeeping was very rude to my husband as he was packing to walk out the door at 11:20.

When I first checked in to my room, my family and I walked into an extremely dirty room that was already occupied and almost caused a fight with the current room tenants as they thought we were breaking into the room. After returning to the front desk with my issue the next room was unrented but wasn’t very clean. Not enough towels, floor hadn’t been swept, half the lights don’t work and the fridge doesn’t close all the way.

Front desk guy was GREAT! Room was tired, floors were sticky, three small pillows on a king bed, toilet was running when I got into the room, renovation was poorly executed.

It's nice to see that you found our front desk personnel great, however you stated that you had some issues with your room that hindered your stay. Namely. that you felt the room was tired, the floors were sticky and that renovations were poorly executed, among other issues. Please accept our apologies. Property never got my booking and I been standing here for over an two hours. Then if you ask for a refund you have to wait 3-5 business. What about your customers who put money on the card just to make reservations. They are just out there money and hotel stay. Like I am right now. Two hours no stay or funds. I don’t ever plan on using them again.
