"As soon as I walked in the place smelled like weed. They later tried to mask it with air freshner that didnt work. The carpet in the hallways were stained to the point of no return or maybe they NEVER TRIED to revive them. It was under construction with plywood exposed. Once I walked into the room it was nice and seemed to be up to date. My husband starts the room check(pulling off the sheets and blankets checking for bed bugs and mites) none of those were present but we did find that the blankets and sheets were dirty. Stains that clearly didnt come out when bleached. The tub handle fell off as soon as we tried to shower. I can say they did send someone up to fix it right away. The carpet in the room didnt seem to be vacuumed before we got there. The desk chair was not steady. When you sit in it, the chair lays back as if it was a recliner. I doubt that was suppose to happen. Debris from the construction was laying along the side door which was the entrance we used because it was closer to our room. The trash at that entranced was overflowing. So much so people started putting their trash on the opposite side of the entrance where there was no trash can at all. I chose this place with the thought of we would be spending most of the time out of the room and didnt want to spend that much money. You get what you pay for I get it, but this.... I would not recommend."

"Poor housekeeping service, did not replenish consumables, or clean the room very well. Made the bed and that's about it. Banging on the pipes at 530 in the morning. Not worth the price."

"Parking was easy, breakfast was coffee, tea, bagels and muffins. Cute hotel that has a great vibe and a great smell! Needed complimentary water with breakfast. There was only one wash cloth and only one towel, no bath mat in the room.."

"I stayed for 2 nights and needed a hotel close to NC&AT for a college visit. I arrived on a Friday night around 7pm. Check in was quick, the room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable and it was in the perfect location with Four Seasons mall and lots of dining. The staff provided us with a list of restaurants nearby and we tried Pho at a place called I Love Pho. Oh yea, and the staff didn’t forget to offer us the infamous Double Tree Cookie! I would highly recommend and would stay again. "

"This was the perfect place for us to stay while going to an event at the Coliseum. We were close to everything we needed to access and the owners were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Our children loved getting to meet Harley and we appreciated their sleeping options for the kids. Will definitely rebook the next time we’re in Greensboro!"
