"What a nice upgrade for the complete hotel. New carpet, new beds, wallpaper, TV's etc, The dining area is gorgeous with a separate area to where the food is. There is still some work to be completed and the registration area is next. The decorations around the hotel for each holiday makes for a delightful experience. Like the new coffee machine."

"Parking was great. Ac/Heat worked well but was noisy. A lot of broken little things - light switch covers, door knobs, tables. Bed was comfortable, and the furniture seems relatively new. Never once saw an employee at the front desk. Check in was done over the phone. Asking for more towels couldn't be handled at the desk - had to call. Check out? You guessed it, no one there, had to ring a bell and wait. That all said. The room was comfortable, relatively quiet, clean, and inexpensive. "

"When we areived we paid extra money for our dog to stay in room. Upon entering the establishment nothing was as pictured or advertised online. The steps to the second floor were treacherous, the room smelled, we had a dirt pillow with extremely uncomfortable bed. The linens were starchy and would literally scratch your skin. When we finally laid in the bed upon further inspection there was a discarded and dirty rag under the bed. Disgusting doesn’t even cover it. I am angry we spent good money and honestly paid a pet fee for what we got. My phone was bombarded with texts from the property for check-in. Check outs. Etc. not enough linens on bed for cold weather. I highly caution against staying in this hotel. It is not worth the money you save in the area to stay her. Strongly suggest spend more somewhere else in area! "
